May and June
One of the first events is the Segura Music Festival (Jaén, Andalusia). Musical excellence and the enhancement of rural spaces are combined in this event at the end of May. The performance of great classical composers alternates with dawn concerts, flamenco or dance shows in nature. All of this in amazing corners of the wonderful Natural Park of Sierras de Cazorla, Segura y Las Villas and the town of Segura de la Sierra. Very close to Zaragoza (Aragón), you can enjoy the Bosque Sonoro festival in Mozota, which was born in June 2020. This is a project focused on avoiding the depopulation of this town of less than 100 inhabitants and defending the heritage and environmental values of the territory. Thus, for every ticket sold to listen to the established pop-rock artists that make up the lineup each year, a tree is planted.Independent music concerts and art exhibitions concentrated during the last week of June in the El Bierzo (Castile and Leon), in the charming valley of Balboa. Observatorio Festival boasts a family atmosphere and the special connection between artists and the public. Enjoy electronic music, underground sounds and the most alternative DJ sessions.

July
If you want to know one of the pioneering events in Spain and Europe, your destination is the International Festival of Cultures Pirineos Sur. More than three decades of history and a cultural icon of the regions of Valle de Tena and Serrablo (Huesca) during the month of July. The main stage is found near a dam, between the towns of Sallent de Gállego and Lanuza, in the heart of the Pyrenees of Aragon.With the aim of giving more visibility to the towns of Sierra del Segura (Albacete, Castilla La Mancha), singer-songwriter Rozalén organises Leturalma each year. The event brings together prominent groups from the Spanish pop and rock scene, is held in mid-July and has camping, glamping and camper area. To let yourself be carried away by improvisation and mystery, there's nothing better than the Sinsal festival in Galicia. It is held for three days on the beautiful island of San Simón (Vigo), an island that is part of the Natura 2000 Network as a protected natural habitat in Europe. The lineup of artists is only announced when the festival starts.

August
Another independent music festival is waiting for you at the natural paradise of Green Spain, in Prestoso Fest. It is held at the beginning of the month between the valleys of the Degaña, Ibias and Cangas del Narcea (Asturias), at the foot of the Mountain Range of Cantabria. The festival aims to become an event with a zero CO2 footprint. Without leaving the region, in mid-August, at the free festival Songs for an Ewan Day you have two nights of live music in a small forest next to the Salinas beach.Similar to this festival is the BioRitme Festival held at the end of the month at Pantano de Sau, in the region of Osona (Barcelona). A 100% ecological event that for four days offers a busy international lineup of folk, rap and DJ sessions, along with original initiatives linked to respect for the environment, such as the distribution of bars of artisan soap to attendees.

September and October
The Los Silos Boreal Festival (Tenerife) is a cultural eco-event that promotes environmental awareness and education. In addition to musical performances, the event includes workshops, talks, exhibitions and markets to promote sustainable crafts and healthy food.Finally, Vintae Wine Fest gathers plenty of people at the end of September in San Vicente de la Sonsierra (La Rioja) to enjoy wine as the backdrop for the festival. The circus or the Roman Empire have marked some of the latest editions. Follow the organiser's instructions to prepare a costume, according to each year's theme, let yourself go with the music of the charanga and batucada bands and enjoy the amazing food and wines of the area.
