Ingredients
Ingredients: 1 kg of lobster ½ glass of olive oil 2 cloves of garlic 1 bay leaf 1 splash of brandy ¾ kg of onion almonds garlic parsley for the stock: ½ kg fish soup 1 medium-sized onion 2 tomatoes 1 small red pepper.

Preparation
Put the oil, chopped onion, garlic and bay leaf into an earthenware dish. When it is lightly fried, add the tomato and a little brandy. When the fried mixture is ready, cut the lobster and place in it. Stir for 5 minutes, add the fish stock and chopped parsley, garlic and almond.
