Ingredients
Ingredients for 4 people: 4 eggs 200g of sugar ½l of milk vanilla or lemon peel

Preparation
Put 50g of sugar and some drops of lemon juice in a mould, put it on the heat and make a caramel syrup. Move the mould in all directions so the caramel covers the bottom and sides. Allow to cool. Boil the milk with the vanilla. Beat the eggs with the sugar in a receptacle until the mixture turns white. Add the boiled hot milk slowly. Tip into the prepared cold mould. Cook in a bain-marie in the oven for 35-40 minutes. Prick with a needle and, if it comes out clean, remove from the oven.

Allow to cool and turn out in to a glass dish.
