Zamora
It dates from the late 15th century, and has an architectural style in transition from the late Gothic to the Renaissance. It was built at the wishes of the Commander of Peñausende, Pedro de Ledesma, and was originally known as the 'Casa de Sanabria'. It is currently the site of the Palace of Justice. Its most significant feature is its off-centre doorway with a semicircular arch, above which there is an abundance of ornamentation including elements such as crests, balls, floral motifs and human figures.
