Church of San Juan Bautista (Baños de Cerrato)

A building representative of Visigothic art. This church is considered one of the most original in Spain due to its mixture of trends. On the one hand, it has an early Christian basilica floor plan with tripartite rectangular apses and on the other hand, a break in the basilica floor plan with arches and chevet. It also uses horseshoe arches and barrel vaults. Decoration is limited to capitals and friezes.
