Madrid Design Festival

Every February, this festival turns Madrid into the capital of European design. The Madrid Design Festival brings together more than 50 exhibitions and installations spread across the city (Caixa Forum Madrid, Cerralbo Museum and the National Museum of Decorative Arts), involving nearly 700 leading professionals.Entitled 'Redesigning the World', the event aims to promote a dialogue between design and other disciplines such as science, fashion, music, art and craftwork, as well as tackling problems that impact society from a global perspective. The festival's main events include its professional conferences Madrid DesignPRO, which will be held at Madrid's Institución Libre de Enseñanza. These include round tables, conferences and master classes featuring leading Spanish and international designers.
